It is a natural way of eating.

You eat fatty red meat.

Beef, lamb, salt, water and fry your food in butter or tallow. Drink plenty of water.

You just eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full.

Simply: Stop eating crap food that is killing you slowly!

Eliminate all processed foods, avoid seed oils and sugar.

(You also stop eating plants – they are loaded with defense chemicals and actually trying to kill you – Yes, I know this is shocking news, I have been a raw vegan myself…..).

About Signe Fjord:
I have been carnivore since September 23. 2022. I have worked as a Coach since 2004 and used Tapping (a powerful method of self healing) since 2005. I can help you clear deep emotionel trauma and release stress and cravings. I am an ex raw vegan, ex vegetarian, ex low histamine etc. I just want optimal health and right now I know nothing better than a carnivore lifestyle. And yes, I still do enjoy coffee on and off. Plants can be a great medicine, but they are not optimal as food for humans.
